Thank you for shopping with 5AM Culture. We aim to deliver your orders swiftly, safely, and with the highest level of service.

📦 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Saturday).

  • Orders placed after 6 PM will be processed the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods, new drops, or sales, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

🚚 Shipping Time & Delivery

We ship across all serviceable pin codes in India.

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 4–8 business days depending on your location.

  • Shipping Partners: Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart, XpressBees or other reliable courier partners.

Express Shipping (if enabled)

  • Delivery Time: 2–4 business days.

  • Additional charges may apply.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above a minimum order value (if you choose to set one).

  • Standard shipping fee applies for COD or orders below minimum value.

  • Prices are shown at checkout.

💳 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for select pin codes.

  • COD orders may be verified through SMS/WhatsApp/Call for confirmation.

  • Failure to confirm may lead to auto-cancellation.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp

  • Regular updates until delivery

You can track your order anytime via the link provided.

❗ Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, our team will contact you for correction.

  • If the courier makes 3 failed delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us.

  • Re-shipping charges may apply for a second delivery attempt.

🛡️ Damaged / Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or lost in transit:

  • Contact us immediately at support@5amculture.com (or your preferred email).

  • Provide order number + unboxing video/photos for quick resolution.

We will ensure the issue is resolved — either by replacement or refund (according to the refund policy).

🌍 International Shipping (Optional)

If you plan international shipping later:

  • International orders take 7–21 business days.

  • Customs duties (if applicable) must be paid by the customer.
