Return & Refund Policy – 5AM Culture

Thank you for shopping with 5AM Culture. We aim to deliver premium-quality apparel with a smooth and transparent customer experience.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Return Window

We offer a 7-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.


2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Unwashed

  • Free from perfume/sweat marks

  • With all original tags and packaging intact

  • In the same condition as delivered

  • Accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase

Items that show signs of use will not be accepted.


3. How to Request a Return

To start a return, email us at:

Please mention:

  • Your Order Number

  • Your Reason for Return

  • Clear photos/videos of the product 

Once your request is reviewed:

  • If approved, we will share a return shipping label or pickup arrangement depending on your pincode.

  • Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.


4. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective item

  • A wrong product or size

Email us within 48 hours with photos/videos so we can resolve the issue immediately.

We will replace or refund the item at no extra cost if the claim is approved.


5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Clearance / Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items bought using special promotional pricing

  • Products without tags or original packaging

  • Items damaged due to customer handling


6. Exchanges

If you want a different size or colour:

  1. Request a return.

  2. Once the return is approved and in transit, you may place a new order for the required item.

This ensures faster processing and avoids delays.


7. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • You’ll receive an email notifying whether your refund is approved or rejected.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Bank/card processing times may vary.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

  • COD handling charges are non-refundable.

If 15 business days pass after approval and you have not received your refund, contact us at support@5amculture.in.


8. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to a size issue or personal preference → Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.

  • If the product delivered was damaged/defective/incorrect → We bear all shipping charges.


9. International Orders

At the moment, returns and exchanges are not accepted for international orders unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
